OUR PURPOSE

Three statements, each with a different job

Mission, values and vision serve different purposes, but they should point in the same direction: respectful support, participant choice, practical independence and a service experience that people can understand and influence.

Our mission

Provide respectful, person-centred support that protects choice, responds to individual needs and helps participants pursue everyday goals.

Our values

Dignity, human rights, informed choice, self-determination, respect and accountability should shape how support is planned and delivered.

Our vision

Participants have more confidence, more control and more opportunity to live independently and participate in the relationships and communities that matter to them.

VALUES IN EVERYDAY SUPPORT

Four principles that should be visible when nobody is reading the policy

Values become meaningful when they shape communication, choices, boundaries and the way support is reviewed.

01

Choice

Participants are supported to express preferences and make informed decisions about their support.

02

Respect

Dignity, privacy, culture, communication preferences and individual identity are treated as essential.

03

Confidence

Support should build capability and self-belief through practical, achievable everyday experiences.

04

Belonging

Community connection and meaningful participation are supported in ways chosen by the participant.

VALUES IN PRACTICE
The test is what the participant experiences.

A value should change what happens in an ordinary conversation, routine or decision.

01

Listen before deciding

Understand the participantu2019s view and communication preferences.

02

Explain what is happening

Keep expectations and next steps clear.

03

Review when life changes

Do not treat the original arrangement as permanently fixed.

Our Approach

Good NDIS support starts by understanding the person before defining the service. We consider goals, routines, communication, environment, preferred involvement of family or other trusted people, and practical scheduling so the support arrangement can be clear, respectful and workable in real life.

Quality & Safeguarding

Quality and safeguarding should be visible in everyday service delivery. Live Life Support aims to protect dignity, privacy, informed choice and safe practice while making it clear how participants can ask questions, give feedback, make a complaint or raise a concern when something does not feel right.

Our Story

Live Life Support was established around a person-centred idea: support should strengthen everyday possibility rather than make the service itself the centre of a participantu2019s life. We begin by understanding what matters to the person, then shape practical support around their choices, routines, relationships, communication and goals.
