NDIS Support That Starts With Your Life, Your Goals and Your Choices

Live Life Support is a registered NDIS provider in Brisbane providing person-centred NDIS support designed around the life you want to live not a fixed service model. Whether you are looking for help with everyday routines, community participation, building confidence, transport, support at home or simply understanding your options, the first step is listening to what matters to you.

We work with participants and, where consent allows, families, carers and chosen support networks to shape practical arrangements that are clear, respectful and responsive as goals, routines or circumstances change.

WHO WE SUPPORT

Support that recognises the person and their context

Different people need different kinds of information, communication and practical support. Explore a few common pathways or view the complete Who We Support section.

Adults with Disability

Adults with disability should be supported as adults, with their own routines, relationships, responsibilities and preferences. Live Life Support focuses on practical assistance that can strengthen everyday participation and independence while respecting the participant’s chosen level of support and decision-making authority.

Explore

Families & Carers

Families, carers and other trusted people can hold valuable practical knowledge about routines, communication and changing support needs. With the participant’s consent or appropriate authority, Live Life Support can include that knowledge in planning and communication without replacing the participant’s own choices, preferences or decision-making.

Young People Transitioning

Moving toward adult services and greater independence can bring new decisions, routines and responsibilities at the same time. Support can focus on communication, planning, everyday skills, community participation and growing decision-making so the young person’s own goals and preferences remain visible throughout the transition.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions, with room to contact us if your situation is different.

Can I talk with someone before deciding?

Yes. A first conversation is an opportunity to explain what you are looking for, ask questions and decide whether Live Life Support may be a suitable fit.

What information do I need for a first conversation?

You can start with the support you are considering, your suburb, preferred days or times, and anything important about communication, accessibility or routines. You do not need to have every detail worked out.

Can support be adjusted when my circumstances change?

Support arrangements can be reviewed as needs, goals, schedules or plan circumstances change, subject to service availability and agreed funding.

Do you work with families and support coordinators?

Yes. With the participant’s consent, we can communicate with families, carers, support coordinators and other relevant people to support continuity and clarity.

Where do you provide support?

Live Life Support supports participants across Brisbane and surrounding communities. Contact the team with your suburb and preferred schedule to check current availability.

What if I am not sure which support is the right one?

You can contact the team without choosing a service category first. We can discuss the situation and point you toward the most relevant information or next step.
